A change to how we manage your accounts (and why it won’t affect you)

A change to how we manage your accounts (and why it won’t affect you)

July 20, 2026

At Allegiant Wealth Strategies, we ask one thing before making big decisions: what best supports our clients? That guided us as we reviewed our advisory relationship after Commonwealth Financial Network merged with LPL Financial Holdings, and it’s why we moved our advisory services to Cetera Investment Advisers.

If you’re new to Allegiant, here’s what you need to know: we’re an independent financial planning firm, and this update is about the platform we use behind the scenes, not how we work with our clients.

We understand that changes like this can bring up questions, so here’s what matters most: your relationship with us stays the same. You’ll still work with the Allegiant team you know, and we’ll continue to support you with the same care you expect. Our focus remains on helping you make thoughtful decisions about your goals and your future.

We spent several months evaluating which advisory platform would serve our clients best in the long run. We wanted a firm that would let us keep our independence and the service standards that define how we work.

We chose Cetera because it offers the right mix of resources and support while allowing us to stay independent. A big reason was the chance to join a smaller group of advisors within Cetera, giving us a dedicated service team to help us answer questions quickly. This means you’ll keep getting the same quick responses from us.

Independence is also central to how we serve clients. Because we’re an independent firm, our recommendations are based on what’s right for you, not what a parent company wants us to sell. We’re not moving to a model that requires us to offer only certain products. We’re still free to recommend whatever fits your needs.

For you, this change is about keeping things consistent. The team and our planning-first approach remain the same. We’re still committed to transparency and your long-term success.

At the same time, this change sets Allegiant up well for the future. We believe Cetera provides the technology and support we need to keep improving your experience while staying true to who we are.

We do this work for one reason: to help you build a future you feel good about. If you have any questions about this transition, please call us at 269-218-2100. We’re always here to help.
